Statement
I am already advising a delightful Nigerian colleague/member since 2019 (Oluwatosin Olorunmoteni); however she is now in need of an advisor who is not only not retired, but is skilled in areas of career development, grants, international work that are not my ""strengths."" Can you assign her to an active member? I have time in retirement to spend time nurturing, however best use for me would likely be is an ancillary advisor (historical piece) as one navigates academic clinical medicine. Having been retired for 7 years, it appears many of the challenges facing clinicians on a promotion track have changed in ""name"" only.
