REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Overall Annual Meeting registration includes access to all sessions including Morning Seminars, Mini Symposia, and Free Paper Sessions. Additional registration rates apply for the Pre-Conference Sessions held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, and the Networking Gala Dinner on Friday, October 25, 2024.

To register a guest or as a person or family member of a person with a disability, please contact the AACPDM office. Guests are not permitted to attend educational sessions, and may only attend the welcome reception. Family rates apply to those who wish to attend sessions but will not be able to claim CME credit.

How to become a member and receive the discounted Annual Meeting rate:

We encourage you to register for the Annual Meeting as a non-member. Once your membership application is approved, notify meetings@aacpdm.org and you will be reimbursed the difference, based on the rate when you registered for the Annual Meeting (not the date you applied to become a member). Reimbursement is valid while registration is open.

Registration Deadline: All registration forms must be received in the AACPDM office by October 21, 2024. After that date, registrations will only be accepted on site at the Annual Meeting.

Cancellation Policy: Attendee Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation must be received in writing by October 21, 2024. A 75% refund will be granted for requests received either before or on this date. No refunds will be granted after October 21, 2024. All refunds will be processed after the meeting takes place.
